It started with a spark
The fire for Kindling started early in the morning in a Nashville kitchen when Cameron Smith was searching for balanced options to put in his daughter’s lunchbox. It was a struggle to find nutritious snacks they would eat. So he set out to create a snack he would feel proud of and that the family would enjoy. After hundreds of iterations and plenty of seasoning assistance from his four kids, Cameron created a snack brand that is a win for both kids AND adults.

Cameron founded Kindling with a passion for creating a brand that not only connects with people but delivers the perfect pretzel – delicious and nutrient-packed. As the vision grew, Brandon joined as a co-founder, bringing his expertise in community-building and marketing to expand Kindling’s reach and impact. Together, they are creating a brand that inspires you to play more, explore further, and adventure longer.
